Ab Opener

Remember to follow the Exercise Rules while performing this exercise.

  • Start the exercise by sitting on the ground, knees bent and feet flat on the ground.

  • The object is to move as slow as possible with out stopping from the sitting position to a laying position.

  • If you fall, try to catch yourself as soon as possible and continue the exercise from there.

  • Stop the exercise when the back of your head reaches the ground.

  • Repeat the exercise until a total work time of 3 minutes has been reached.

  • Maximal contraction is not needed on this exercise.
