Ab Opener
Remember to follow the Exercise Rules while performing this exercise.
Start the exercise by sitting on the ground, knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
The object is to move as slow as possible with out stopping from the sitting position to a laying position.
If you fall, try to catch yourself as soon as possible and continue the exercise from there.
Stop the exercise when the back of your head reaches the ground.
Repeat the exercise until a total work time of 3 minutes has been reached.
Maximal contraction is not needed on this exercise.
