NeuroTarget Chiropractic has a 12-hour cancellation policy.  Appointments canceled within the 12-hour window will be charged a $35 late fee to the card on file. 

Our clinic is out of network for all health insurance companies.  Payment is due at the time of service.  You may submit the receipt to your insurance for reimbursement based on your benefits. We also accept payment by HSA or FSA.

New Patients

History and Exam Time Requirements:

60 Minutes Chiropractic New Patient History and Exam

Appropriate for:

  • primary pain or injury complaints involving the muscles, joints, and soft tissue of the spine and extremities.

80 Minutes Complex Case New Patient History and Exam

Appropriate for:
  • Neurological complaints such as concussion/dizziness/etc.
  • Chronic pain that is unresolved with prior treatment
  • Multiple treatments/providers and symptoms still persist
  • Multiple underlying conditions
  • Traveling from a distance to receive care in our office

Established Patients

Chiropractic Appointment Time Requirements:

20 Minutes Chiropractic for 1-2 complaint areas or Maintenance Visit

30 Minutes Chiropractic for 2+ complaint areas or Maintenance Visit

40 Minutes Chiropractic for 3+ complaint areas or Extra time/Maintenance

60 Minutes Chiropractic for Complex Complaints or Extended Time/Maintenance

ADD 10 Minutes For New Complaints or New Injuries

ADD 20 Minutes For therapies, such as ARP, Laser, NeuroTherapy, Traction etc.
