This exercise is an exception to the foot rule.
Start standing while holding a wall or other sturdy object for balance.
Pull your toes and feet upwards towards your head to create maximum ankle dorsiflexion.
Maximally contract all muscles in lower body while trying to maintain foot position.
When the foot fatigues down slightly, only hold the new position, do not reset to beginning position.
Continue contracting all lower extremity muscles and holding position of feet until they fatigue all the way down to the ground.
When the balls of the feet reach the ground, stop the exercise and stop the time.
After a short rest, repeat the exercise until a total exercise time of 3 minutes has been achieved.
