  • Remember to follow the Exercise Rules while performing this exercise.

  • This exercise is an exception to the foot rule.

  • Start standing while holding a wall or other sturdy object for balance.

  • Pull your toes and feet upwards towards your head to create maximum ankle dorsiflexion.

  • Maximally contract all muscles in lower body while trying to maintain foot position.

  • When the foot fatigues down slightly, only hold the new position, do not reset to beginning position.

  • Continue contracting all lower extremity muscles and holding position of feet until they fatigue all the way down to the ground.

  • When the balls of the feet reach the ground, stop the exercise and stop the time.

  • After a short rest, repeat the exercise until a total exercise time of 3 minutes has been achieved.
