Moro Reflex

Also known as the Fear Paralysis Reflex.

Typically appears at 5-6 weeks in utero and integrates by birth. When not integrated properly can result in:

  • Shallow, difficult breathing

  • Insecure, low self-esteem

  • Extreme shyness, fear in groups

  • Selective mutism

  • Withdrawal from touch

  • Phobias

  • Aggressive or controlling behavior, craves attention
